GD 2026

The 34th International Symposium on Graph Drawing and Network Visualization will be held at Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada from August 17-21, 2026. A PhD school will take place on August 17-18, 2026.

Registration Fees

Registration fees for the symposium include the welcome reception (on Tuesday, August 18), coffee breaks, lunches, and the banquet dinner (on Thursday, August 20). Furthermore, the LIPIcs publication fees for the GD26 proceedings are covered by the registration fee.

For each paper/poster presented at GD 2026, at least one author must be registered for the conference. For requests of invitation letters related to the issuance of a Canada Visa, please contact rnishat@brocku.ca after registering.

The fees for the PhD School only cover the participation at the lectures, lunches and coffee breaks (August 17–18).

Registration Categories:

  • Student: Reserved for students without a completed PhD or an equivalent degree
  • Steering Committee: Should only be selected by GD SC members

Audience View site is a North American-based website. If you encounter problem in enterting your phone number of address in their format, please follow these directions.

  1. When entering a phone number, please use Brock’s phone number (905-688-5550)
  2. When entering in an address, please use Brock’s address (1812 Sir Isaac Brock Way, St. Catharines, ON, L2S 3A1)

Note that there is not a place on the website to enter in the correct billing address. The merchant gateway - Chase Orbital - has augmented their permissions to allow international transactions without verifying the billing address against the card. This means that a postal code verification is not required by Audience View to process the transaction.

Support letter for visa application

GD 2026 has been registered with IRCC. To learn about the IRCC code and/or to get a supporting letter for your visa application, please email rnishat@brocku.ca with the following information.

  1. Your affiliation (university name)
  2. Passport number (only if you want it on the letter)
  3. If you are presenting a paper, the name of the paper and the authors.
