GD 2025

The 33rd International Symposium on Graph Drawing and Network Visualization will be held in Norrköping, Sweden from September 24-26, 2025. A pre-conference PhD school will take place on September 22-23, 2025.

Registration Fees

Registration fees for the symposium include the welcome reception (on Tuesday, September 23), coffee breaks, lunches, and the banquet dinner with a Dome Show (on Thursday, September 25). Furthermore, the LIPIcs publication fees for the GD25 proceedings are covered by the registration fee.

For each paper/poster presented at GD 2025, at least one author must be registered for the conference. For requests of invitation letters related to the issuance of a Swedish Visa, please contact liu@way.se after registering.

The fees for the PhD School only cover the participation at the lectures and the coffee breaks (September 22–23), meals are not included.

The Student status is reserved for students without a completed PhD or an equivalent degree. The Steering Committee registration option should only be selected by GD SC members. The fees are stated including 25% VAT.

Symposium registration is carried out through the following forms:

Participation in the PhD school and an extra banquet ticket can be selected as extra options while registering for the symposium using the links above.

Payment is made by invoice/bank transfer via the payment solution Billecta or secure card payment through the payment service SwePay (supporting debit and credit card payments with VISA, MasterCard, or Maestro). 25% VAT is included according to Swedish legislation and routines.
